Inspired by the beautiful oriental garden of Suzhou, the German simplicity of the Bauhaus design spirit. The team created a space that celebrated the harmonious relationship of Man and Nature.The organic language of gardens that symbolize nature and the perfect rectilinear form that express the architectural spirit of man. A cafe and bakery brought the smell of fresh German bread and coffee to this central meeting area connecting a delightful social space. From the start we had targeted to create a sustainable project that would reach the LEED and DGNB certification, and to our surprise we exceeded our target and reach LEED and DGNB Gold Certification.
